Mä oon astumassa elämäni suurimpaan seikkailuun tähän mennessä. Muutama kuukausi sitten tein päätöksen lähteä au pairiksi ja eilen aamulla sain sähköpostia lontoolaisesta perheestä, että he ovat mut valinneet. Lähtö tulee melko pian, lento on nimittäin varattu jo parin viikon päähän (2.7!!).En oo vieläkään saanut ajatuksia kasaan, kaikki tuntuu niin epätodelliselta. Matkalaukku huoneen lattialla, metrokartta puhelimessa ja siskon kanssa vuodatetut kyyneleet... Tää on iso askel ottaa, mutta varmasti myös sen arvoinen.
Tulevan asuinpaikan huomioon ottaen mun elämää voi seurata tästä lähin myös englanniksi.
I am stepping to the biggest adventure in my life so far. A few months ago I decided to work as an au pair and yesterday morning I got an email from a family in London, saying that they have chosen me. I'm leaving Finland pretty soon as my flight is booked for the 2nd July, only a couple of weeks from now.
I'm still gathering my thoughts, everything feels so surreal. The suitcase on the floor, the tube map on my phone and the tears shed with my sister... This is a huge step to take but I'm sure it's worth it.
